2. Payment
Pop Rocks Seeds accepts payment via Revolut Pay, a secure third-party payment provider. Payment is processed at the time of checkout.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and shown in EUR (Euro).
Your payment information is handled securely via encrypted payment channels and is not stored on our servers.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship via PostNord and GLS, depending on your selected shipping method at checkout. You may choose delivery with or without direct handover.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight and destination, and shown before you confirm your order.
You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. We are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to you.
4. Customs & Import Responsibilities
We only ship to countries and regions where hemp seeds are legally permitted.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that ordering, importing, and possessing our products is legal in your country or region. We are happy to provide documentation, but we are not liable for customs issues, import taxes, or delays.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To make use of your right of withdrawal, send an email to contact@poprocksseeds.com clearly stating your decision. The product must be returned within 14 days of your notice. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it.
6. Complaints (Warranty)
Only as a Danish Citizen, you have a 2-year statutory warranty under Danish law. If a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time and include clear photos and a description of the issue.
We cover return shipping in case of valid complaints. Refunds are processed via the same payment method used during purchase.

7. Product Disclaimer
Our hemp seeds are sold strictly as collectibles and genetic references. They contain less than 0.2% THC and comply with EU seed regulations.
We do not promote or encourage cultivation where it is prohibited by law. Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to Pop Rocks Seeds and may not be copied, used, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pop Rocks Seeds is not responsible for any misuse of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store customer data for order processing, legal requirements, and customer service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless necessary (e.g. shipping partners).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Data is stored securely and retained for up to 5 years, in compliance with accounting legislation.
