Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

To withdraw, send an email to contact@poprocksseeds.com clearly stating your intention to use the withdrawal right. The product must be returned within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the product is returned in a used condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

Complaints (Warranty)

As a danish citizen customer, you have a 2-year statutory warranty under Danish law. These wont apply to other countries. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. 

For defective items, please send photos and details to contact@poprocksseeds.com. We cover return postage and refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
